A Repeat Customer’s Journey: Building a 9-Metre Wildlife Channel with Butek Ponds

This is the second time I’ve used Butek Ponds. This one ideally suited a welded preformed liner being 9 x 1 x 1 metre straight it’s all installed pretty muck waiting for nature to take over. I typically lay artificial grass strips 1metre wide by 2metres long to conceal the liner by spring the artificial grass will be invisible as natural grass and water plants cling to it. Marginals grow from coconut matting with pockets to hold the plants where fish can shelter underneath for protection against preditors I’ve installed a powerful pump to create a flow and have in the last few days introduced 10 brown trout 10 Rainbow trout 6 chub and two tench.
